🪣 Option 1: Through WordPress Media Library (Easiest)

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → left menu → Media → Library.
  2. Upload your .mp4 video if it’s not there already (click Add New).
  3. Once uploaded, click the video file to open its details.
  4. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a field labeled File URL.
It will look something like: https://peakperformancestudi.io/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/your-video.mp4
  5. Click Copy URL to clipboard (WordPress gives you a little button for that).

You’ll paste that into your Elementor → Style → Background → Video Link field.

🧰 Option 2: Using SiteGround File Manager (if upload size is too big)

If the file was too large for WordPress to upload:

  1. Go to your SiteGround Dashboard → Site Tools.
  2. Go to Site → File Manager.
  3. Navigate to: public_html/wp-content/uploads/
  4. Click Upload and select your .mp4 file.
  5. Once uploaded, your URL will be: https://yourdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/your-video.mp4 (Replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name.)

✅ Then in Elementor

Paste that link here:

Style → Background → Video Link

That’s it — your hero section will now pull directly from your uploaded MP4 instead of YouTube.

Would you like me to check what the maximum upload size is on your current SiteGround WordPress setup (so you know if it’ll accept the file)?
